We currently support shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, and Italy. If your delivery address is another country, please contact our customer service
You will not be charged any customs fees by selecting our flat mail rate. However, by choosing express shipping, you may be charged customs fees due to strict customs inspections. Please note: We will only pay for the customs fees generated by flat mail. If you select express shipping, you will be charged for any customs fees.
This means that the tracking information in the online tracking system has not been updated in a timely manner, even though the actual order status may have been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If nothing happens within a week, please feel free to contact our customer service via live chat or submit a support ticket for assistance.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
The payment confirmation email contains the details of your order. You also can log in to your Wolfha account and check the MY ORDERS tab for order information.
You can also contact Wolfha customer service with your order number and we will be happy to provide you with the details of your order.
We encourage you to keep your order number until delivery to facilitate order inquiries. Your order number is the same as your invoice ID.
If you received the payment confirmation email, your order has been prepared and is awaiting pickup. If your shipment is delayed unexpectedly for some reason, you will receive a notification via email.
To cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service via live chat or by submitting a support ticket. We will be happy to stop the order if we can, however, our order fulfillment system is designed to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, your order may already be in the shipping process, and in that case, we will not be able to change or cancel your order. If your order can't be cancelled and you still don't love it after it has arrived and want to return/exchange it, our customer service department will be happy to assist you.
Feel free to reach out to us within 3 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, WOLFHA is unable to change the address on our end but you can contact your local post office to submit special delivery instructions.
We provide a Paypal payment method and support Visa, Master, American_Express, JCB, and other credit card payments.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at WOLFHA, that’s why we offer a 60-day return & exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com within 60 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. For more info please click here.
Our warehouse will process your order within 4 days of receiving your return. When you ship your order, please let me know the tracking number. Please do not use an untraceable service.
Usually, we will refund you on Friday because our finance department usually refunds on Friday in a uniform manner.
