Return & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at WOLFHA, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Service Procedure

STEP 1

Contact Customer Service and request return detail. Email: service@wolfha.com

STEP 2

Customer will receive an email notification once your request is approved.

STEP 3

The customer packs the package and sends it.

STEP 4

Get Refund or Replacement after we receive the products.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITION

The following reasons are covered by our 30 day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy. (We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees)

  1. The product customization information does not match or there's an error in customization.
  2. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the product you received is poor/defective.

NO RETURN/EXCHANGE

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 day return policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  1. Products that exceed the return processing time limit (30 days after the order is signed).
  2. The non-quality issue for personalized products.
  3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  4. Chose the wrong size for the product.
  5. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind etc.

Return/Exchange Instructions

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. Please use a local postal courier for returns, avoiding DHL or other couriers that may incur customs duties.
  5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  6. You will be responsible for the shipping fee (the return shipping fee and the re-sending shipping fee) for returns and exchanges, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Note:

  1. Return address isn't the address on your package, so please contact our customer service firstly and get a return authorized.
  2. Product with “engravings”, "customized", "personalized", "personal custom jewelry", and final sale are unavailable for return and exchange.
  3. You will be responsible for the shipping fee (the return shipping fee and the re-sending shipping fee) for returns and exchanges, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  4. For the United Kingdom and EU countries, 20% of Value-added taxes (VAT) will be deducted.
  5. Return/exchange for broken or defective item(s): You must attach a picture clearly showing the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. If you are unable to send a picture, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist.
